| Raw Data Download |

| Raw data refers to the probe level expression intensities (stored in .CEL files). Affymetrix genechips
have many different short oligonucleotides that match a particular gene.
These probe intensities are combined to produce a final expression level for the gene.
Unless you are developing background subtraction/normalization software or you want to normalize
the data with a method that we don't provide, you probably don't want to download the .CEL files.

| Tab-delimited files with all genes, all genes + intergenic regions, and all probes are provided below (for both averaged and non-averaged replicates). If you want to make your own custom dataset by selecting particular genes and conditions, you can do so in the Analysis section. |
