Many Microbe Microarrays Database

Many Microbe Microarrays Database (M3D) is a resource for analyzing and retrieving gene expression data for microbes. The database currently contains Affymetrix expression compendia for Escherichia coli, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and Shewanella oneidensis.

Dec 20, 2007E_coli_v4_Build_4 is now available bringing the number of E. coli chips from 524 to 612.
Nov 6, 2007Interactive M3D scatterplots can now be embedded in external websites. Try it out on the plot below. See the Help tab for instructions on how you can include this type of plot on your own website.

Sept 18, 2007A manuscript describing M3D is now available at Nucleic Acids Research.
Sept 7, 2007E_coli_v4_Build_3 is now available and brings the total number of E. coli arrays up to 524.
